Returns Policy
30 Days Returns Accepted for Retail Customers,
 
We do our best to ensure that all of our customers have a great shopping experience with XEC7 Group Ltd, however, on occasion, you may need to return an item.
 
You may cancel your order anytime within thirty working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods.
 
If the goods have been dispatched, you have the right to return them 14 days of receipt of the goods.
 
When we receive your returned item we will refund the price of the goods in full including any postage costs.
 
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Items must be in an unused condition.
 
We recommend that you use a tracked method of delivery for your return.
If you are returning goods that were defective or faulty, we will examine the returned goods and if they are found to be faulty, we will pay your postage costs incurred for returning to us.
 
PPE is by nature non-refundable unless faulty due to the risk of infection ..
 
These must be unopened and in original packaging undamaged with proof of purchase.
 
XEC7 Group Ltd reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit.
 
Any costs to re-deliver the goods will incur a further delivery charge which will be payable in advance by the customer.
 
All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail only.
 
If you wish to cancel or return goods please email our head office on info@xec7.com – in all communications please quote our delivery note or invoice reference in order for us to identify you and the products to be cancelled or returned. This must be in writing by email or post.
